本センターは、2012年（平成24年）5月に本学で学ぶ外国人留学生の充実した学生生活を支援するため、創設されました。留学生の相談窓口の役割を果たしながら、地域社会や日本人との交流を推進します。
生活、修学、各種手続き、進路、病気等、外国人留学生からのさまざまな相談を受けます。また、資格の取得支援、学習サポートなども行います。どのような質問、相談でも受け付けています。
地域の依頼、要望に応じて積極的に地域活動に参加したり、地域住民参加型活動を企画したりして地域交流を深め、支援の輪を広げます。また、県内の小、中、高等学校で児童・生徒と交流を行ったりさまざまな国際交流事業に参加して国際交流を進めます。
イベント、勉強会、交流会の企画・開催、文化祭の参加などを通して、日本人学生との交流を深め、グローバルな視野を身に付けた国際人の育成に貢献します。
奨学金、資格、就活、進学、住居、アルバイトなどの学習、進路、生活に関する各種情報の提供、学内・学外のさまざまな活動・イベントなどの情報をより早く発信し、適切な支援を目指します。
留学生センターにはセンター職員が常駐し、留学生委員、学生スタッフの協力によって支援体制を整えながらセンターの活動企画・運営を行っています。
留学生センターは、各種相談への対応や情報提供などにより、留学生の学生生活をサポートします。また、留学生と日本人学生スタッフが助け合い、さまざまな行事を通じて絆を深めています。
文化や習慣の違いを知ることで、世界に向けて視野を広げられます。 国境を越えた多くの友人との出会いは、これまでとは違った体験となり、人生を豊かにします。
The Center for International Students was established in May 2012 with the aim of supporting foreign students both academically and socially in making an effective transition to the new life.
It also contributes to the local community, promoting intercultural understanding through exchanges between local people and international students.
It is committed to offering its services to all international students, providing guidance and advice concerning life and study in Japan. The Center also offers an academic support service for foreign students and focuses on acquiring various qualifications. We are committed to providing the best possible service to help you meet your needs.
This center promotes a variety of exchange activities with the local community with an aim to foster mutual understating between foreign students and local people. We create learning and community involvement opportunities through our programs and events.
We aim to collect and distribute information relating students life such as scholarship, qualifications, job, education, and accommodation to foreign students.
Our staff members including student volunteers and committee members uphold the highest standards and meet the needs of international students.
We provide services and programs to enrich the experience of international students. We are dedicated to establishing and maintaining partnerships between international students and Japanese students to ensure academic and professional success for both.

留学生中心是为帮助本校外国人留学生能度过一个充实而有意义的大学生活于2012年5月成立。成立以来，为留学生提供各种咨询服务的同时，还促进留学生和地域社会及日本人的交流。
留学生中心不仅为外国人留学生提供关于生活、学习、各种手续、升学和求职及生病等方面的咨询服务，还为留学生提供日语学习辅导，为学生获取资格提供帮助。无论有什么问题，都可以在留学生中心进行咨询。
留学生中心不仅组织学生积极参加各种地域活动，还定期策划和举办与市民交流的活动，来增进地域交流，扩大支援留学生的范围。此外，通过和静冈县的小学、中学、高中的学生的交流，及参加各种国际交流活动来增进与学生和市民的友谊，推进国际交流的发展。
通过策划和举办各种交流会，读书会和参加文化节，来加深与日本学生的交流，为培养国际人才作出贡献。
留学生中心还为留学生提供奖学金、各种资格考试、求职、升学、住房、打工等各种信息。同时，对即将举办的各种交流活动的信息也及时进行宣传。
留学生中心有常驻员工，同时在留学生委员，还有本校学生的帮助下对留学生提供支援。
留学生中心是通过咨询服务和提供各种信息来对留学生进行帮助。同时，通过留学生和日本学生的团结合作，来举办和开展各种活动。并在活动中加深友谊。通过对各国文化和风俗习惯的了解，能使大家放眼世界，扩大视野。
